ATTENTION QUICKBOOKS and QUICKEN USERS

Open Bank is converting to a new online and mobile banking system on November 12, 2024. This upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software.

To ensure a smooth transition, please note these two important Action Dates:

1st Action Date: 11/08/2024 before 8:00 PM PT

A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by this date. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history may not be available after the upgrade.

2nd Action Date: 11/13/2024

This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivation/reactivation of your online banking connection to get your current Quicken or QuickBooks account(s) linked to the new system.

Intuit aggregation services will be interrupted for up to 5 business days between 11/8 and 11/12. Users are encouraged to download a file prior to this outage. The following services will not work during the outage:

  • Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect/Quicken Connect
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO) Aggregation

We recommend carefully reviewing your downloaded transactions after completing the conversion instructions to ensure transactions were not duplicated or missed on the register.
